Biography
Charles Douglas, Ph.D., M.B.A., is the Interim Director of Assessment and an Instructional Associate Professor with the Irma Lerma Rangel College of Pharmacy at Texas A&M University. Dr. Douglas most recently served as the Chair of the Department of Social and Economic Sciences at California Health Sciences University, College of Pharmacy in California. His first faculty position was with the Texas A&M College of Pharmacy.
Dr. Douglas has represented Texas A&M University College of Pharmacy in the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy's House of Delegates. He also served on the Pharmacy Continuing Education Advisory Committee for the Texas A&M Coastal Bend Health Education Center. Dr. Douglas has served as the Co-Chair of the Academic Affairs Committee for the Pharmacy Quality Alliance. He was a member of the advisory board of a local award-winning medical device startup and gave workshops on product development in healthcare as an Entrepreneurship Fellow at the CSU-Fresno - Lyles Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
